We hope you have enjoyed viewing our website and feel Pilates may be the right exercise for your personal requirements.
We feel this is a far more intimate way of teaching Pilates, rather than the larger classes where you won’t get the same personal attention. This is an enjoyable experience and we like to think that everyone who visits us has a pleasurable time as well as improving their wellbeing.
